Over two tonnes of super-SUV is heading towards the Italian scenery. Fast. This is bad. After a confidence-inspiring first lap around the Strada Bianca gravel circuit at the top-secret Nardò test facility in southern Italy, the combination of over-commitment and surface change sees me charging towards the bushes.

This is when the driver from Trentino was lined up as a Factory Driver for the debut of the new Huracán GT3 in the Blancpain GT Series. Since then, he has always been linked to the brand of the Bull and considered a reference point for his experience and professionalism. Not only among the Lamborghini Factory Drivers but also in the entire world of GT competitions. 21 Lamborghini’s set off from our Lamborghini Calgary showroom on a 4-night, 5-day legendary road trip. 1500km, remarkable scenery, new friendships, new memories…. a truly once in a lifetime experience that will not be forgotten.

DAY ONE

The first day began early on Wednesday morning with drivers arriving for an Italian-themed breakfast at our showroom at 8.00 am. The 2017 chapter of Giro took to the scenic Pacific Northwest. A picturesque tour through humbling landscapes, awe-inspiring waters, and premier accommodations.

Traveling from Seattle to Portland over the course of four days, guests stayed in a handful of the nation’s premier resorts. They also participated in specially curated excursions along the coast, and indulged in private dining experiences from the region’s most renowned chefs.

The 2017 edition of Lamborghini Squadra Corse youth programs enters the heart of the season.

In June, the Imola Autodrome hosted the first training session for members of the two talent programs of Lamborghini’s Motorsport division, Squadra Corse: the Young Drivers Program. Open to young drivers who compete in the single-brand Lamborghini Super Trofeo, and those in the GT3 Junior Program. Also reserved to young talents who race in the major GT championships worldwide with the Huracán GT3.

In all, more than forty promising young Motorsport talents were selected by Lamborghini Squadra Corse. The aim is to to help them grow toward becoming professional drivers and brand ambassadors.

Available only through authorized Canadian Lamborghini dealers, the Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicle program

The Certified Pre-Owned Program is a comprehensive warranty program offers the same roadside assistance as new Lamborghini models. This program ensures all pre-owned Lamborghinis are offered to the market guaranteeing the same high standards demanded of new vehicles.

To be eligible, the Lamborghini must be no older than seven years and must have under 70,000 km. The program offers one or two year coverage options with a ceiling of 70,000 km. All cars must also have regular maintenance documentation. In addition, they must pass a Carfax vehicle history report, and undergo a rigorous 150-point dealer service inspection.

Aftermarket components and subsequent damage are not covered under the CPO Program. All aftermarket components must be agreed upon in advance with Automobili Lamborghini technical staff during the certification process.
